Relevant to Messy 2s only:

I hereby consent:

1. for my child to be taken on routine outings by the group
2. to emergency assistance for my child if I cannot be contacted
3. for group workers to change my child’s clothing & nappy/pull ups if necessary
4. allow my child’s allergy’s to be displayed on the kitchen wall
5. for group workers to reapply sunscreen to my child when necessary

Relevant to all groups:

1. Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved
2. Doodlebugs Macduff or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session.
3. Doodlebugs Macduff reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
4. You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by notifying the play leader and updating your online account
5. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.
6. You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
7. We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances
8. If there are any sessions missed sure to storms etc, Doodlebugs Macduff will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
